Introduction:
These Terms and Agreements ("Agreement") govern the provision of Cerakote coating and laser engraving services ("Services") by Talon Cerakote ("we," "us," or "our") to the customer ("you" or "your"). By engaging our Services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services: The Cerakote coating and laser engraving services provided by Talon Cerakote.
Property: The firearm or any item provided by the customer for the purpose of receiving our Services.
Description of Services: We will provide Cerakote coating and laser engraving services as detailed in the service order. Any additional services requested will require a new agreement.
Exclusions: Any services not explicitly listed in the service order are excluded.
Information Provision: You agree to provide accurate and complete information regarding the Services you wish to receive.
Ownership Confirmation: You confirm that you are the legal owner of the firearm and that it is legally possessed.
Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of Idaho.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration in Idaho. The decision of the arbitrator will be final and binding.
Termination Conditions: Either party may terminate this Agreement by providing written notice. Any work completed up to the termination date will be billed accordingly.
Effects of Termination: Upon termination, all outstanding payments become due, and the Property will be returned to you in its current condition.
Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
Amendments: This Agreement may only be amended in writing and signed by both parties.
Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
